Mind Matters Academy is committed to providing students with excellent learning opportunities to help them succeed in the Hypnotherapist/NLP Practitioner and Coaching courses. Starting from 2024, we will offer full and partial scholarships to eligible applicants for each intake of the Hypnotherapist and NLP Practitioner and Coaching courses.

Eligibility Criteria

1.1 Age Limit: Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
1.2 Educational Background: We welcome applicants from any academic background and professional field.
1.3 No prior study of hypnotherapy or NLP courses.

Number of Awards and Value:

​

2.1 Scholarship Slots: For each course intake, the academy will provide maximum one full scholarship and several partial scholarships.
2.2 Full Scholarship: The full scholarship is valued at HKD 16,800, covering the entire course fee (excluding fees from relevant associations such as NGH).
2.3 Partial Scholarship: The partial scholarship is valued at a 25% reduction in the full tuition fee.

 

Application Procedure:

If you meet the above eligibility criteria, please follow these steps to apply for the scholarship:

3.1 Fill out the application form: Provide all necessary information on the course registration form.
Submit application documents: After completing the application form, email the following documents to hk.mindmatters@gmail.com:
3.2 An essay of no less than 200 words (in either Chinese or English) titled "What changes do I expect the course to bring upon me?"
3.3 Recommendation letter (if available, please provide the recommender's name, position, and contact information).
3.4 Relevant experience in mental health (including work experience, volunteer services, etc.).

Selection Process:

4.1 The instructor will carefully review all application documents and select candidates based on their qualifications and the content of their application essay.

Notes:

5.1 All applicants are required to pay a $1,500 reservation fee upon submitting the application form, which will be deducted from the remaining tuition fee.
5.2 Full scholarship recipients will receive a refund of the relevant amount upon completion of the course.
5.3 Scholarship recipients (full or partial) commit to attending at least 85% of the course, actively participating in class discussions, and fully engaging in the Academy's activities.
5.4 The Academy reserves the right to make the final selection and decide on the number of scholarship slots, as well as to modify the scholarship program's content and allocation.
5.5 Successful scholarship recipients cannot simultaneously enjoy other discounts (such as early bird discounts or two-person discounts).
5.6 Applicants who are unsuccessful in applying for scholarships can still enjoy other benefits if they register during the early bird period or meet other qualifying criteria (such as professional member discounts).

Notification of Results:

After the evaluation process, we will notify scholarship recipients via phone, WhatsApp messages, or email before the course commencement date.

Deadline: 14 days before the course start date (e.g., if the course starts on January 5th, the deadline is December 22nd at 11:59 pm).
